Resource list
Before going out to shoot, I need to make sure I have the resources listed that I am going to use throughout the filming of this campaign. I am going to be using a camera for all locations and I will using the tripod in Barnes Park and Sunderland College.
Personnel List
Before going out to shoot, I need to detail who is going to be involved in this TV advert that I am going to shoot. I am the director and my three actors are details in the list that I have created. There will be one cameraman which will be helping me shoot this advert.
Contributor Release Forms
Before going out to film, I need all my contributors that are going to be involved in the project to sign a form that will allow them to be involved.
Risk Assessments
Before going up to locations, I need to make sure that all the risks are analyzed and justified to the lowest risk possible for my tv production.
Location Scouting
Before going to the location, I had to scout the location. This is including the address, parking, how many scenes and sounding area of the location.
Location release forms
Following scouting the location, I needed forms to show when I am filming in that location and who is going to produce the media at the location and also I needed to say the time of when I am going to shoot the production at that location.
